Bill was one of my best friends in high school. Bill was smart, friendly, shy until you got to know him, and epitomized Integrity. Bill only got better with age, except that beautiful curly hair started growing on the inside instead of the outside... at least that's what I told him.
I am so happy that 4-5 years ago, Ernie Starcher and I visited him and Dottie in Proctorville. I never realized he had serious health issues. The last I saw Bill, he attended our Evaroni's get together when Ernie and I came in for it. What a sacrifice physically he must have made to be there, but that was Bill Stollings.
The Lord promises we will meet again, my friend, so until then...
