William Everette Yates' Obituary
William E. Yates, 82, of Ironton, OH passed away Sunday August 19, 2018 at Community Hospice House in Ashland, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arile Green and Verna Lee Marshall Yates; his wife, Georgia Etta Dillon Yates; two children, son, Arthur Ray Yates; daughter, Patricia Yates Arbaugh; five brothers and one sister. William is survived by three children, one son, Curtis Edward Yates of Adams County, OH; two daughters, Donna (Dale) Kay Yates Childers of Lawrence County, Ohio and Devonda (Kris) Hankins of Lawrence County, Ohio; two brothers, Harold Yates and Chester Arthur Yates; ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Ken Gowin at 12pm on Wednesday August 22, 2018 at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home in Chesapeake, OH. Burial will follow in Community Cemetery in Ironton, OH. Visitation will be Tuesday August 21, 2018 from 6pm to 8pm at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home in Chesapeake, OH.
