Wilma Jean Bland's Obituary
Wilma Jean Bland, 88, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025, at Wyngate at Rivers Edge, Proctorville, OH. She was born on October 24, 1936, in Barboursville, WV, to the late Bruce and Ruby Bledsoe McCallister. She was also preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Bland Jr; one son Greg Bland; sister Wanda Allen; and brother Rod McCallister. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Proctorville, OH. She is survived by two sons Kenneth Bruce (Cheryl) Bland of Indianapolis, IN, and Ronald Bland of Tampa, FL; daughter-in-law Teresa Bland of Willow Wood, OH; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, with Pastor Jeff Black officiating the service. Entombment will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be expressed to First Baptist Church of Proctorville, OH. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
