Windell L. Spurlock Jr. 54, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022. He was born on November 10, 1967, in Cleveland, OH. He is survived by his dad Windell Lee Spurlock Sr; mother Wanda Zarzecny; wife Angela Spurlock; two sons Michael Lee Starkweather and David Lee Butcher; one daughter Casey Lee Murray; two sisters Destiny Adkins and Heidi Del Balso; three brothers Bobby Zarzecny, Waylon Spurlock, and Willie Jones; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside Service will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, October 8, 2022, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
