Wyatt Odell Adkins, 74 of Proctorville, Ohio passed away at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, W.Va. on Thursday October 31, 2019. He was born March 23, 1945 to the late Carson and Reba Adkins. He is survived by three siblings. There will be no services.
