Wynona Ross' Obituary
WYNONA KAREN ELLIS ROSS, 73, of Chesapeake, OH formerly of Salt Rock, WV died Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at her residence. Wynona was born September 4, 1940 at Peach Creek, WV, a daughter of the late Clifford and Herma Jane Jeffery Ellis. She was a 1958 graduate of Guyan Valley High School where she was a member of the marching band. She was a homemaker and owned & operated No-Knee's Crafts in West Hamlin, WV 1990 through 1997. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Curtis C. Ross in 1997, her brother, Lowell Thomas Ellis, and her sister, Helen Kay Ellis Muscarella. Wynona is survived by one son, Myron K. Ross (Michele) of Evergreen Park, IL, a daughter Natalie Rene Ross (Randall) Adkins of Omaha, NE; six grandchildren, Jeremy (Beth) Ross, Jason (Valerie) Ross, Krystle Ross (Meliton) Castro all of Chicago, IL, Ross and Ryan Adkins of Omaha, NE and Jessica Niccole (Mark) Franklin of Goose Creek, SC; 10 great-grandchildren; a special cousin, Melani Wilkinson Adkins formerly of West Hamlin, WV and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A private graveside service will be held at Ridgelawn Memorial Park. NO visitation will be held.
