There are no words to express how sorry I am to learn of Cecil's passing. I will always cherish his friendship and am so thankful to C.J. Hughes for the opportunity to work with such a fine group of people. Cecil was always so dedicated to his religion, family, friends and work...he will be sadly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Heaven has gained a fine angel.
