She made me my first pizza it came in a box back then. And if you needed to know something about the families medical history or who someone was Cindy had the answer. And the old receipes my mom used to make she had it. How she kept it all together I'll never know. People called her my sister-in-law but she was a sister to me. She stood by my brother through a lot of years. I loved her and will miss her dearly.
As the middle child and I the baby, Cindy and I grew up mostly in Chicago. Although I was the bratty younger sister (by 5 1/2 years) Cindy always seemed to tolerate my tagging along behind her with her friends. She was never one to get angry or upset. Annoyed? Irritated? Yes and rightly so. There are many, many wonderful childhood friends and hundreds of photos I could share but here's the ONE photo I will always treasure. I love you Cindy.
We're so sorry to hear of Cindy's passing. I'll always remember growing up in WV with my mom and dad's family nearby. We were blessed with lots of cousins, including Cindy. Praying for comfort for all of you during this time.
I will always remember Aunt Cindy she had a heart of gold. Always had a smile and loved her family dearly. I'll always remember how she was willing to help with the boys at family reunions and she was a great cook. I remember when growing up the treat tins she sent at Christmas time.
