Don was a great friend and neighbor. I enjoyed helping with the mechanics on his equipment. He was always thankful for all that I done. He always wanted to overpay for whatever I done. He loved to pay with 2-dollar bills. I never wanted fellow farmers and neighbors to pay me. You will be missed my friend. We each retired from ODOT. Don from District9 (Lawrence County) and myself from District 10 (Gallia County). RIP my friend!

I am so sorry to hear of Donovan's passing. He has always been a good friend and one of Scottown's oldest residents. I loved visiting with Don, swapping stories, and drinking a cold coke with him. May he rest in peace.
