I will never forget Gwen sitting in her living room floor, through her contagious laugh, telling me her nickname used to be "Sunshine". It couldn't be more fitting! From the moment I found out I was going to be a "boy mom", I knew I wanted to be just like her. She is the model of kindness and love!
Bill and I so sorry to hear of Gwen's passing, her great smile and caring demeanor will never be forgotten.
We had the privilege of being her neighbor for thirty years and cherish each of those years, her joy was infectious and a smile who no one could forget.
Our sympathies are with are with each family member, may your blessings be many and all the memories you each share be forever.

It is so sad that we have lost another member of the Chandler family. I remember Gwen as a little girl playing under the umbrella tree in our grandparent's yard. I watched her grow into a beautiful person, a wife and a mother. Her life ended too soon.
Roger and I met where I was working and he was our friendly postman. He offered to till my yard after we put a pool in. I told him to bring his wife and boys and that was all it took. Friends for life! I still make the BBQ she gave me the recipe for. We are so thankful for our 43 years of friendship!
I met Gwen when she was a patient at St Mary's Oncology...I was her nurse. We became friends...I'm deeply saddened by the news. Prayers for her family and friends.
My heart goes out to you all! I first met Gwen when I had her Dear mother for a teacher at Stella Maris Catholic School. A few years later, I was in high school with her my Jr. & Sr. year! She was as Sweet as her mother & kind to everyone! Gwen had the Most Beautiful smile & was fun to be with. You all will be in my thoughts & prayers. God bless.
Gwen was a breath of fresh air. She was always smiling and friendly. High School would not of been the same without her. Thank you for being my friend..

Whenever I think of Gwen, I remember back to when our children were playing together. They would be riding vehicles in the street and whenever a car would come, Gwen would yell, "Car" and everyone would scurry to the side of the road. She loved children.
