I'm Harvey Hills 42 year old, illegitimate son, by a woman named Donna, she went by Sissy, back in the 80's. I didn't get a chance to meet Harvey. Life is so crazy, I had been trying to contact Harvey for about a week when I heard the news. I just can't believe how ironic and cruel life is.
Harvey was also preceded in death by his two brothers Phillip Jr Hill and Glenn Hill.
