Harvey Ely Hill, 64, of South Point, OH passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024, at his residence. He was born April 12, 1959, in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his father Phillip Hill.Harvey is survived by his wife Sandra Gail Earl Hill. Children, George Hill, Edward E. Burgess, Janey L. Belcher, and Brian J. Burgess and his grandchildren Nicholas Lunsford, Jayden Lunsford, and Laney Lunsford. Harvey also leaves behind his mother, Shirley Romine Hill; brother, Richard Hill, Billy Hill, and Johnny Hill; brother-in-law, Richard Earl; Aunt Midge Hill, Uncle Mike Romine and his wife Hope; best friend Gene and his wife Cheryl, and many nieces and nephews.Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.
