Jake Wheeler's Obituary
Jacob Patrick Wheeler, 24, of Huntington, WV, passed away Sunday, October 22nd, 2023. He was born at St. Mary's Hospital on November 13th, 1998. Jake was an avid guitarist, musician, and singer who inspired many through the songs he created. He impressed anyone he came across in life, always being the one to bring joy to others and invest deeply into those he cared for. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, William Grant Lipscomb and Donald Ray Wheeler. He is survived by his grandmothers, Patricia Sue Lipscomb and Donna Jean Wheeler, mother, Andrea (Robert) Clatworthy and father, Colt (Elizabeth) Wheeler, as well as his sister Maddison (Todd) Childers and brother Garrett (Erin) Wheeler. He is also survived by two beautiful nieces, Briar and Brynn, a wonderful nephew, Asher, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends all who loved him deeply. Jake will be severely missed by so many and the impression he left on us all will last a lifetime. A Celebration of Life service will be held at First Baptist Church of Proctorville on Sunday, October 29th at 2 P.M. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
