Jamie, you were my beautiful, precious patient for 30 yrs. You were just 17 yrs old when I first met you! You laughed, loved music and always knew when I was coming in your room.
You will be missed by me, your nurses and and your aide greatly. You brought joy to them on a daily basis. May you be in your Heavenly Father's arms now . We will see you again one day. I love you Jamie.
