I served with Josh in the 101st and deployed with him to Afghanistan. He was loved by everyone and Im greatful to of shared many memories together. Josh was always dependable, could drive anything with wheels and was always there when you needed him. I will miss reminiscing of our old Army days together and I will miss having someone who I could truly call friend/family. As Josh goes on his final detail it wouldn't be right to not see him off so Im coming from NC, Another Former Soldier from New Jersey and another from Michigan. See you soon Josh we love you.

He wasn’t just a friend but my brother. He was always great on the grill and this year as a new pastor at a new church we entered the annual community BBQ competition amongst the other churches and the look on his face when they announced the winner was something I will never forget. I am going to miss him allot but as much as I want him back, I am glad he’s with Jesus. So as I grieve I rejoice knowing that God gave me 43 years with my brother Harbolt and that he is no longer in pain and is waiting on me too.
I only met Josh a few times, but my husband and his brothers went to school with him. He was a Veteran and being a VA employee, we talked a lot about his time in service. In just the short amount of time I knew him, he gained my utmost respect. My prayers are with his family and friends. ❤️🙏🏻

You was the best step brother any person could ask for you was always there for me when I needed you rest in peace love you brother until we meet again
