Kelly Stroud Clifton, 61, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Sunday August 14, 2022 at his residence. He was born on December 7, 1960 to the late Charles and Mary Lou Clifton. He was also preceded in death by a brother Wade Clifton and special friend James Pannell. He is survived by his friend Tammy Pinson and special neighbor Andy Finley. There will be no services.
