Lucian E. Cox's Obituary
Lucian Ellet Cox, 69, of Huntington, WV, passed away May 1, 2026, peacefully at home with loved ones at his bedside. Lucian was born February 6, 1957, in Huntington, WV. He was the son of the late Lucian Fraley Sr. and Virginia Bradshaw Cox of Wayne, WV. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Lee Cox, AKA Jimmy Dale of Huntington, WV, and a special uncle, Frank Bradshaw of Wayne, WV. Lucian is survived by his soulmate of 20+ years, Valerie Graham; sister, Donna Kay of Huntington, WV; brothers, Lonnie (late Wanda) Lynch of Chesapeake, Oh and Lucian (April) Fraley of Wayne, WV; also many nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and a special friend, Donna Brunty. Lucian was a stone mason and block layer with Bradshaw Masonry, Lynch Masonry, and many others, Lucian enjoyed fishing, golf, and spending time with friends and family. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Per Lucian’s request, there will be no services.
