Mark Stephen Wiley's Obituary
Mark Stephen Wiley, 64, of South Point, Ohio, passed away Wednesday October 27, 2021 at Kings Daughter's Medical Center, Ashland, KY. He was born August 8, 1957 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his father Bob Wiley. He served as a soccer official for over 30 years from youth league to international. He was a member of multiple soccer organizations. He is survived by his wife Kathy Wiley; mother Louava Shelton of Proctorville; one son and daughter-in-law Mark S. II and Lori Beth Wiley; granddaughters Izzy Wiley "Mar'k" and Ally Wiley "Sawbones"; three sisters Robin Walter, Sharon Maxwell Savino, and Teri Erwin; two brothers Bob Whitten and David Maxwell; and several nieces and nephews; and special cousins Jim Holloway and Bill Shelton. A memorial gathering will be held 3 to 5 p.m. Friday November 5, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. The family recommends masks to be worn.
