Phyllis Ann Casey's Obituary
Phyllis Ann Casey, 83, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, July 9, 2020 in Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. She was born April 2, 1937 in Ironton, Ohio daughter of the late Carl and Belle Beatty Layman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, June Thornburg. She is survived by two children Johnda (Chris) Shaffer and John (Tracey) Casey; two grandchildren Mariah Casey (Kevin Koukos) and Josh Shaffer; one niece Debbie (Rick) Cason; and many special friends. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, July 13, 2020 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Brady Lipscomb. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
