In loving memory of my grandpa, who was more than just a grandfather to me, he was a friend and a teacher. Some of my most cherished memories are the times we spent together by the water, fishing. You used to take me to the gas station and get me donuts everytime before we got on the water. Those moments were more than just about catching fish, they were about the stories you shared, the lessons you taught, and the bond we built. Staying the night at your house was also always an adventure I looked forward to. Your home was a place of fun and comfort, where I felt truly at ease. You had a way of making everything special, whether it was sitting at the table and watching westerns or weeding the garden. The nights I spent at your house and the fishing trips are memories I will hold forever. Even though you are no longer with us, the lessons you taught and the love you gave will stay with me always. I miss you deeply, but I find comfort in knowing that you are watching over us. Thank you for the time we had together, for the love you gave, and for being the best grandpa a person could ask for. I'm so glad you got to meet Braxton before you passed, you will be forever missed and forever loved.
