Raymond Keith Bell's Obituary
Raymond Keith Bell, 77, of Scottown, Ohio, passed away Thursday August 8, 2024 at home. He was born September 10, 1946 in Licking County, Ohio to the late Harold O. Jr. and Betty Rose Dowell Bell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Tom, Ronnie Lee, and Larry Bell; and a granddaughter Linzie Marie Bell. He is survived by his wife Diane Bell; son Johnny (Peggy) Bell, stepdaughters Gina (Daniel) Mathers and Jessica Hart (Brett) Shorn; grandchildren Johnny Ray, Emma Kay, Briar Hart Shorn, Darci Hart Shorn, and Chase Hart Shorn; and great grandchild Braxton Ray Mathers . There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
