I had the good fortune of working with Becky many years ago in the ILGWU. She was extremely patient and forgiving as an older and more experienced coworker and as a person. She set a great example for all of us, she was the best teacher, and she worked hard and from a place of justice and compassion. I gained much from knowing her and having her in my life. My heart is heavy after hearing that she has passed. I hope that her loved ones find comfort. She was a great light in an often dark world.
