I talked to Dick on the cb. His handle was staple gun mine was Tippy Toes. He had a beautiful smile loved to laugh. I met him in person at cBD breaks they held. Deepest sympathy to the boys and his family. I’ll always remember him
Our hearts go out to the Neice family. Their children and our children played ball together ran together. They were a beautiful family and Dickie never met a stranger. He was always full of laughter, fun and smiles. He will surely be missed by the family and the community.
Prayers & condolences to the family of my friend Dicky Neace. I remember all the good times we had in school, HART'S corner, & other places-how we called each other the awfullest names we could invent in English without getting angry, but laughing all the way. You told me of your illness and how you fought it. Linda, Chet, & the rest of your family, I hope all is well with you besides this tragedy. I'm praying for God to send the Holy Spirit to you for solace and comfort. Your friend, Phillip Roby.
May the love of God surround you and your family during this difficult time,
May you come to know that the love of God is with you always,
May your memories of Richard William Neace, give you peace, comfort and strength…
Rest now in the arms of our Lord your mission on earth is complete.
I thank you for your service to our Country and my Freedom. You will not be forgotten...
