Tommy Crump is a very special person in my life he came into my life when I needed a father figure and he was always treated me like his other child appreciate everything he ever did for me and my brother Rhonda and I were joined at the hips we did everything together I will forever love this family and be grateful for them being a part of my life I love you Tom and I miss you greatly love and prayers to Rhonda, Mindy and there families Karen Dillon
I have to share what a good man my Uncle Tommy was.. After my Dad passed 26 yrs. ago, my Uncle Tommy has called me every 3 to 4 days I to check to see if I was ok.. He always talked about his farm and shared with me stories of my Dad and Crump grand parents when he was growing up.. The pride in his voice when he talked about Mindy and Rhonda and sadness when he spoke of how much he missed Denise, but would light up again as he spoke of his Grand and Great Grandchildren.. And he always asked about my daughter and grandchildren.. Uncle Tommy was ( old school ) but he had a caring heart of gold.. I wish my Dad would have been more like you, Uncle Tommy... I will sure miss those phone calls every few days and will forever be so grateful of the love he showed me.. You were the BEST.. Thank you for caring..it meant the world to me...Vickie Crump Nease
I remember that Edsel...it had a push button transmission...
I remember as a young teenager as a new driver borrowing Tommy's prized Edsel and had a few friends in the car with me. I got on a road that I wasn't familiar with and couldn't turn around so one of my friends said I will turn it around and he backed into someone yard and got stuck up. I can't remember who called a tow truck to get it out but I was sweating bullets that Tom would find out. I think he did find out somehow but never mentioned to me but I don't think he offered me his Edsel ever again.
