Vicki was always my family and most of the time my friend. I loved her and I think she loved me. We had so many good times, laughing until we'd cry. She and I painted my whole house alone, I came in to get us some tea, when I got back out there, there she was hanging upside down on scaffolding two stories up, to get a hard to reach spot. Vicki never got the life she deserved. I love you Vicki Fulks
