Victoria Kay Fulks' Obituary
Victoria (Vicki) Kay Fulks, 70, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on 3/20/24, at Holzer Hospital following long term illness. She was born on 12/8/53 to Victor and Geneva Jones, who preceded her in death, along with two sisters, Rita and Cynthia Jones, and her brother Richard Jones. She is survived by sisters Linda (James) Pixler and Lisa (Robert) Keatley. Vicki is also survived by her children, Neal Fulks, Johnny (Candace) Fulks, and Gwen (Joshua) Caldwell along with 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren, whom she loved deeply.
Shakespeare said, "And tho she be little she is fierce." Vicki was physically tiny with a huge personality. She will be remembered as the epitome of strength and courage. Not only did she dote on her children and grandchildren, but she was also a card shark who loved playing cards, board games and assembling puzzles, and was a revered home maker. Her pristine home was filled with the smells of home-cooked meals and gorgeous plants that flourished under her caring touch. Her last words magnified her personal mantra, "The greatest blessings in life start with family." She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, sense of humor, and the contagious love and laughter she shared with others.
No services will be held in accordance with her desires; however, her family and friends will coordinate a private celebration of her life.
Hall Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
